Custom websites
A site built around what you need
Not a theme with your logo on it. I design and build a WordPress site for your project — the same careful block-theme work as the four themes in the shop, shaped entirely by what your site has to do.
How it works
Four steps, no surprises
01
Tell me about the project
Fill in the form below. The more you can say about what the site has to do, the more accurate the estimate will be.
02
Receive an estimate
I read every request myself. You get either a few questions or a written estimate — never a price before I understand the project.
03
Design and build
Once the estimate is accepted we agree the timing together, and I design and build the site around what you need.
04
Hand over
The site is yours: every page, header and footer editable in the WordPress Site Editor, and a walk-through of how to change it.
Request an estimate
Tell me what the site has to do
Price
Given in the written estimate, once I understand the project. A budget range in the form helps me suggest what fits.
Timing
Agreed together after the estimate is accepted. If you have a fixed deadline, say so in the form.
After launch
Upgrades, new features and bug fixes whenever you need them, quoted per request. No maintenance contract.
Response time
Usually within two working days, Monday to Friday, European hours.
Your project
Your details are used only to prepare your estimate. Nothing is added to a mailing list without your say-so.
Questions, answered
Is a custom site just one of your themes with my logo?
No. It is built for your needs. When one of the four themes already covers part of the job, I start from it — you pay for the work that is new, not for what already exists.
Can you redesign or extend a site I already have?
Yes, if it runs on WordPress. Describe what exists and what should change, and include the address in the form.
Do you offer maintenance plans?
No. After launch I can add features, upgrade the site or fix bugs, each quoted when you need it — there is no monthly contract.
Why is there no price list?
Because two sites with the same number of pages can be very different amounts of work. A price given before the project is understood would only be a guess.
