What we sell
We sell WordPress block themes as digital downloads. Nothing physical is shipped. A purchase gives you a .zip file containing the theme, plus access to future versions of that theme through your account.
The themes are licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later. See our licence page for what that means in practice.
Orders and payment
- Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Your order is accepted when the payment is confirmed and the download is made available.
- We may refuse or cancel an order where payment fails, fraud is suspected, or the order was placed at an obviously incorrect price.
Delivery
Delivery is immediate and electronic. The download link appears on the order confirmation page, is emailed to you, and remains available in your account. There is no delivery charge because nothing is shipped.
If the download does not work, contact us and we will fix it. A failed download is not a reason to lose access to something you paid for.
Your right to cancel
Digital downloads are treated differently from physical goods under EU consumer law. This is set out in full on the refund policy page, which forms part of these terms.
What support includes
We help with the theme itself: installation, its templates, its patterns, its settings, and genuine defects. Ask as much as you like — we would rather answer than have you stuck.
We cannot take responsibility for third-party plugins, your hosting, customisations made by you or someone else, or general WordPress questions unrelated to the theme. We will still point you in the right direction where we can.
Updates
When we release a new version of a theme you own, it appears in your account for download. We do not promise a fixed release schedule, and we may stop developing a theme — if we do, you keep every version already released and your licence continues indefinitely.
Acceptable use
You may use the themes on as many of your own or your clients’ sites as you like. The GPL also permits you to modify and redistribute the code. What you may not do is imply that we endorse, support or are responsible for a site or product we had no part in.
Liability
The themes are provided as they are. We take care over them, but we cannot warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that they will suit a particular purpose you have in mind.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought.
